When I was first considering Primrose, I was most attracted by the underground parking, but that evolved into how convenient it was to everything and its friendly atmosphere.

It's just beautiful here and everyone is so friendly. It's a wonderful place to be.

I like everything. I can't think of one thing to complain about. How much time do you have to hear about all the good stuff?
— Joanne N.
Without hesitation, I love the people.

I have been a resident for nearly 2 years and am very happy here. There are daily events, games, musical entertainment, religious meetings, birthdays, and holiday parties. The staff are caring and competent. There is nursing services around the clock. The food is delicious and Nutritious. My favorite thing would be the wonderful friendly resident and happy atmosphere. This is the right place for me

Our parents, Shirley and Morrie Hennessy, moved to Primrose 10 years ago this summer. At that time they were making the decision of leaving their home of 30 years. When they toured Primrose in the construction phase they were immediately drawn to the location, which for them was close to their old neighborhood, church and shopping. They chose their apartment because of the view of the woods and the sunsets. Our mother especially loved the large windows. At that time the owner told them that this was now their home and they should feel comfortable doing whatever they had done in their own home before. They even brought with them, Copper Penny, their sweet little dog.
For 10 years, Primrose has been the gathering place for many Hennessy events. Birthdays, anniversaries, wedding showers, Christmases and even celebrations of life were held. It was wonderful to have the option to use the other rooms like the Great Room upstairs, or the Woods view room, yet, you would be surprised how many people can fit into that apartment! Family has always felt welcomed at Primrose.
Our mother and father have enjoyed so many activities at Primrose. My father, Morrie, loved to play pool and played often those first years. Bingo, Happy Hour music, the Ice Cream Parlor, Saturday night movies, and cards were some of their favorites.
Our father, Morrie, passed away five years ago. At that time, the staff at Primrose were so very kind and loving to our mother. Her friends there also helped her through that very lonely time. The staff at Primrose have continued to be attentive, respectful, concerned and caring to our mom. She jokes that "they even let me have my deer feeder." We have always been grateful that our parents chose to live at Primrose. We have felt relief over the years knowing that our mother is so content and well cared for. Primrose HAS been home to our family.
