This is more like home to me. I really enjoy it here. I like all the staff and all the residents are friendly and easy to get along with. I would recommend this place to anyone who is retired and wants a nice place to live.

I have lived in a lot of places and Primrose is next to heaven for me.

Living alone in my home with memories was silent and lonesome. Living at Primrose is living with new friends, new ideas and new activities in safe comfort -- what a joy!

This is like being on a landlocked cruise ship! Full crew in attendance, movies, exercise, meals and pub!

Thank You Primrose!

— Jo Craig

When looking for a place for our mother to live, Primrose stood out from the others. But it wasn't until AFTER our mother moved there that we saw how wonderful Primrose truly was.

From the very beginning I noticed how well our mother was looked after. It was obvious the people who worked there truly cared about her. There was always a warm smile and a helping hand.

I would like to share a specific instance: I was visiting mom once and walked her up to happy hour. When seated, I noticed mom had blood on her hand. Without saying a word to anyone, within five minutes there were two people by mom's side. One was cleaning and bandaging her hand, while the other was making sure it wasn't something serious. The level of care they gave mom so impressed and comforted me.

The staff is a bunch of the most incredible people. Everyone knew her name and greeted her each time they saw her. The nurse would stop in to check on her and just say 'hi.' Other great things were the daily activities and different opportunities mom had to socialize. Also impressive is how well they maintained not just the building, but her apartment. And the food, it was incredible!

Before our mother passed away, she was hospitalized for nearly five months. Someone from Primrose visited regularly, bringing her flowers and a kind word.

No one asked me to write this letter. I just wanted anyone who was looking at Primrose for their parent or themselves to know what a wonderful experience living there was for our mother and, consequently, for us. It was a great feeling of comfort and security for us knowing how well our mother was being taken care of by the Primrose family. I would say look no further, you've found the right home.
