May I take this means to express our pleasure with being a part of the Primrose Retirement Communities since February 9th.
Its prime location offers grocery facilities, a drug store, and hospital within easy reach.
A neat aspect of our apartment living is the noon meal which is included in the package. Most of the time my wife and I eat light in the evening because of the food earlier.
Whether individuals are independent or assisted living, there is full time nursing service available 24/7.
It's not uncommon after Wii Bowling in the Fitness Room or cards in the Pub, to have the residents gather in the Bistro for ice cream and conversation. The nightly movie caps off the day. Executive Director Tracie Minorik has done a wonderful job assembling a caring and efficient staff for us. We understand Primrose has over thirty sites throughout the country. Thanks to them for building at 1775 N. Newman Rd.
Primrose is great!

Primrose has been such a blessing since my mom and dad moved there a year ago. Such a relief for me to know Mom is with such caring and kind people. It was a hard transition to make from living and owning a home to assisted living but your staff has made it so much better. Thanks again.

The Primrose Retirement Community and its staff has changed my father, Lucian Ludwin's life in so many positive ways, and our family's as well. My father was not getting the proper diet for several years, even though we were bringing him meals. The food at the Primrose is really good with very nice portions. For breakfast the residents can eat anything they like and the staff is happy to make it up for them. The coffee, juice and snacks that are available throughout the day are really convenient, and he really enjoys them.
Dad has much more social stimulation and has made several new friends at Primrose. At his condo, Dad was more reclusive and selective about seeing other people. Primrose has opened a door to so many wonderful people in the same situation so they all relate to each other.
Dad is receiving such good care from the housekeeping, administrative staff, nursing and the entire staff. Everything comes with a smile and "how is your day going?" All the staff knows the residents and most of families' names, too. The activities are wonderful from puzzles in every gathering corner to popcorn and a movie which Dad likes very much! The services that come right to Primrose are so helpful and convenient so we don't have to take Dad out in the weather. Podiatrists, pharmacists, therapists and more all come to Primrose to fill all the residents' needs.
It is such a benefit to the family having peace of mind knowing that Dad has excellent care and someone is right there if anything happens. Now we have extra time to enjoy Dad rather than having to take care of his laundry, cooking, cleaning and such. Dad enjoys Primrose very much and calls it home.
